Expensive but great location and amenities

Expensive but location is perfect. Management is nice and helpful. Maintenance is on top of it. Amenities are great, especially the pool (and saunas, tanning beds, courtyard, racquet ball court, etc.).

Paying for location

I leave her for the location. It is right by downtown and walking distance to the law school. The room and bathroom are both good sized. The amenities are good, but the gym is only okay. The price is the worst part, but is a little cheaper than elsewhere downtown.
