Over priced glorified dorm

I don’t have anything nice to say other than it adequately fulfilled basic necessities for a premium price. If you like getting hit with the stench of marijuana the moment you walk out the door, large groups loitering outside that occasionally lead to gun shots, and a general fear of leaving your apartment after dark this is the place for you.

Although the Monroe Street Market apartments are extremely close to CUA, I have had a poor experience in terms of security living here.

Good overall

It is a good community overall there are just some issues. There is no 24 hour conceirge in this building which causes some issues with packages and deliveries sometimes.
