Overall Very Satisfied Experience
Experience with management is one of the best my roommates and I have ever had, in comparison to past properties we have rented from. Management is responsive, friendly, and accommodating. The unit itself is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities we were looking for. We are also renting the unit for a very reasonable price considering the amenities/square footage/quality of the apartment in West LA. Only downside is tandem parking vs. single-space parking, but it has not been a huge issue for us in terms of coordinating when to move cars. We've noticed some small bugs (moths, fruit flies) come about quite often, but it seems to be seasonal/dependent on the weather.
