Pretty good

Great location downtown with a thirty-minute walk or ten-minute drive to school. Parking is expensive and rent does not include utilities. Between my roommate and I, after utilities, we average around $875 each per month. I pay less to park elsewhere which is inconvenient but necessary. Tall ceilings and huge windows.
