Solid apartment
Management is responsive whenever we email with questions about rent/etc. The units are decent, though our heating unit doesn’t work and the lights in the kitchen flicker in and out sometimes (our manager said it was a problem with the wiring and they can’t fix it.) The carpet flooring is a bit musty and creaks but the sinks, toilets and kitchen appliances work fine, and each unit has a balcony which is nice! There have been some packages stolen from the mailroom/lobby area, but the manager is good at being proactive now and hand delivering packages to our door.
