Having a 5-minute commute is great. I also like that other Wake students live here. When I had car issues, I got a ride from a classmate living in my same building or took the Wake shuttle. Also, unlike the other Crowne properties, you can walk to a grocery store without going onto a road.

I’ve enjoyed living at Crowne Park. Having the Wake shuttle is great and the property is fairly quiet.

It is a great place to live comfortably. The Office is very nice to us and can prepare free maintenance service. And For myself, I really like the position that near the Lidl. I can purchase almost anything I need!

Very safe and convenient apartment

I have been pleasantly surprised by how quiet this complex is. There is a good mix of students, families, and older residents. The maintenance is very responsive and my unit was remodeled recently. The process of signing a lease took a very long time, and for some reason management required us to purchase renter's insurance and set up our electric service before they even sent a lease to sign. I have never experienced this before and it would have been enough of a red flag to make me live somewhere else if so many other students didn't live at the Crowne properties.

Overall, I have been very pleased with my apartment complex and the unit itself. It is spacious, equipped with several key amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc) and is in an incredible location, being only 5-8 minutes away from the University.

Crowne Park is super close to Wake's campus and makes getting to class and the surrounding area super easy. You are really only a 10ish minute drive from anywhere downtown which isn't bad at all so I definitely think its worth the great prices!

Crowne Park is great! Not too loud.

I’ve had a positive experience at this apartment. It’s a short drive to the law school and many other law students live here. The complex is clean and staff are very responsive to any needs.
