Pricey, Luxurious, OK study space on sixth floor, noisy living above MD Parkway.

Spacious Kitchen + Living Area. Very nice view of the strip.

Pricey. If you find roommates, go with that option if you can handle a 30 minute commute.

Current price point at $1212 which at the time was cheaper than 1 BR in suburbs. I valued no commute and a walk to campus.

H/e living above Maryland Parkway is very noisy. Very difficult to get to sleep + stay asleep the entire night.
