Great place to live but pricey!
One of the quietest apartment complexes I have ever stepped foot in. Makes it so easy to study or go to school from home. Great pet community. The gym is usually not busy and has great equipment as well as plenty of sanitizing objects. Location is a great in a new trendy part of Austin - so close to HEB, Starbucks, Chipotle, etc. Surrounding areas are not as safe but the immediate area is very safe. Lots of security to get into the building as well. Close to 2 bus stops on the 10 route to campus makes for an easy commute. Lots of trails and parks that are perfect for exercising or for your pet. The apartment itself has great lighting and very spacious. Almost everything is new and if there are issues maintenance is relatively quick about coming to help. The only real downside is the price. It is worth it if you think you'll be spending a lot of time at the amenities and the surrounding area or if you have pets or a family.

Elysian at Mueller - 1st Year Student
I don't really have any complaints about the apartment. Plenty of space, close to good food options, close to HEB, and drive to campus is easy. I have a car, but there is also a bus stop that is extremely close and will get you to campus easily.
