The Metropolitan

The Met is a great place to live. A little more pricey than I would like, but the experience over all has been worth it, along with being a block from Campbell Law school. I think I can attribute a lot of my school success to how close I am to it.

Had an apartment that smelt like smoke but they worked with me to move to another apartment. Great renter events. Nice pool. Must use a third party delivery service.

The Metropolitan is in the best location to the school and to many restaurants and activities downtown. It has great views from the rooftop, an awesome pool, and a great gym. The apartments are very spacious as well. And the staff is great!

Overall a 10/10 other than the sound in the apartment is not well concealed.

This apartment complex is great. The staff are super helpful, the gym and pool are convenient and well-maintained, the walls are thick so you rarely hear your neighbors, the common areas are perfect for small get-togethers, there's a free coffee machine, and the management company throws frequent resident events. There is also visitor parking available at no charge!

I love living at the Metropolitan! I will be staying here for all three years of my law school career.

My apartment has high quality living facilities. The apartment maintenance and office staff handle problems within 24 hours. Plus it’s within walking distance of the school

The Met is one of the best apartments close to the law school! It is less than a 5 minute walk to class which is great. The gym is awesome, including a peloton membership, and the pool is nice too. The gold simulator is awesome as well! The apartment is also super new too, so I am actually the first person to live in my apartment. The office staff is super nice and they try to plan great community events even during the pandemic. My only issue is that I can sometimes hear my neighbors, but I think that is an issue at most apartments.
