Nice but Expensive
My boyfriend and I got a deal on our apartment which is why we could afford to stay at the complex. It is nice, but the elevators are down quite a bit, and we had some trouble with our lease in the beginning. I enjoy the location, but the prices without deals are expensive. All utilities are extras are expensive. For example, parking is 80 dollars per car which seems outrageous.

Great location - a bit expensive
I love how close the school is to my apartment. The rent is a bit on the higher side, but it is a great building with many areas to study that have access to wifi. While the building is large, people seem to rarely use the amenities, which provide a stressed out law student many opportunities to destress basically alone! Whenever I go to read by the pool or workout, it's just me, which provides great quiet. I like that it is very quiet, too.

The Dillon
The Dillon is by far the best complex I have ever lived in. It is clean and well managed. I have had close to zero problems while living here. When a problem does arise, management is quick to fix the issue. Rent might be higher on average than other places, whether you're in a studio or a multi-bedroom place, but if you can afford it, it is worth it.

The Dillon Review
I love living at the Dillon! It is less than 2 blocks from school and the amenities are amazing. We have a nice pool, an amazing gym overlooking the skyline, and many other perks. Weaver Market (a grocery store) is also right across the street which is super convenient! I almost never drive my car - everything I need is a short walk away. I have never felt unsafe at my apartment as you have to scan into the main door and scan into the elevator. The management is great and is always doing fun things for the residents (to-go happy hour every Friday, free Ok-U sushi, scavenger hunts for prizes, etc.) I don't have a single complaint about living at the Dillon.
