Convenient location
University Park is a bit difficult to check into as a medical student as you need to set up early move in which will cost $50 a day (about 10 so $500 before your rent period begins). It is within a 10 minute walk to the HSC and is super convenient. The furniture is nice as is the rest of the included things. WiFi is consistent and a good speed that allows for playing video games online with friends and streaming. Pets are allowed there but I believe you need to fill out a form for it. There is a gym on the premises but it is CRAZY expensive and just more convenient to use the gym at the rec center or a different one nearby

(Not counting price) Best apartments for law students
Here’s the deal, these apartments are expensive. A single will run you 1500 a month! A double will be around 900. That is by far the biggest and only issue. These apartments are close enough to walk to the law school, surrounded by restaurants like taphouse, ogawa, ihop, as well as fast food and grocery. The apartments have up to date appliances and are generally some of the nicest in Morgantown. Again these are by far the best apartments to live in for law students, only problem is they cost an ungodly amount
