On the Decline
Many aspects of the apartment are lacking, from the antique appliances to the poorly painted everything to the 2x4 bannister railing. Many parts of the apartment are on their way out, such as the cracked kitchen flooring with essentially rotting wood beneath. Unfortunately the landlord does not want to spend a dime he doesn’t have to and it’s only going to cause more problems. We have had almost a half landowners tour the properties in the past year looking to buy it from our landlord, but none have been impressed.
