Very nice apartments that are quiet and clean. The management was always quick to respond with maintenance requests.

I live alone and own a condo, and it is especially nice to come back to and have a dedicated office in the second bedroom for studying.

Everything I nice, the only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because the price (although I understand the amenities I am paying for and why it is that high). The management team is always fast in responses and the office workers that are residents are always understanding with any problems I have day-to-day.

Location is kind of far, but the place is really nice especially for the price. It’s 950 total, so I only pay 475.

Like many landlords in Morgantown, Metro unfairly withholds security deposits. Within a day of moving in, the city paved the street adjacent to my back porch. When I moved out, Metro charged me to have the porch power-washed. Metro also withheld part of my security deposit because my baseboard were dusty. However, I specifically washed the baseboards throughout the apartment with hot soapy water.

This seems to be a large property management company that withholds security deposits for disingenuous reasons because they know students are unlikely to have the time or opportunity to dispute the charges in magistrate court.

It’s not a bad place to live most of the neighbors are grad students or professionals so there isn’t much noise. Overall it cost about $810 to live here a month and I don’t think you’ll find a comparable single without paying about $1000. There’s a small gym and I mean very small, but the pool is nice and you can have pets but there is a monthly fee for them around $30

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. It has a nice living room and good closet space. The apartment has a dishwasher and washer & dryer. It also has a small patio in the back. The parking in the complex is very good compared to many places in Morgantown. The parking lot is mostly flat, and there are plenty of spaces available close to my apartment. When I have made maintenance requests, they have always been handled promptly. The complex is less than 5 minutes drive from the law school, and within walking distance if the individual does not want to buy a parking pass at the law school. However, the walk is up a pretty steep hill or set of steps.
