I like living here because it is within walking distance of the law school. Having a gym on site it also nice. The office staff are very friendly and easy to work with.

thermostat sucks, but everything else is pretty okay. you can usually get a good deal on internet in august

Nice location and apartment. Management isn’t the best.

We had a major problem with neighbors above us smoking all sorts of things and the odor coming down the ventilation shafts. Despite many, many complaints to the management they would not do anything. They have clauses in the lease saying things like “tenants may not do anything that would increase the risk of fire such as candles or grills” and “tenants may not act in such a way that disturbs or harasses other tenants.” Upon bringing this up to management and pointing to the neighbor’s violations, they told me “those clauses are not for you, those are to protect us.” They simply refused to help despite other claims such as it being a health hazard due to asthma. So pray to God that you get good neighbors because you’re on your own.

Very clean upon move-in. Has a nice setup in terms of room for a single person and dog. Very close to the law school, makes and easy drive. Plus it’s a good walk for a dog to go up there.

I lived here for 6 years. Pros include speedy repairs, separate leases if you have roommates, lots of parking, convenient guest parking lot, and good location. Cons include rude management, frequent vehicle break-ins, noise, and general quality of the apartments.

overall great location and only five minutes from the law school. all the space i need and quiet during the week as a lot of grad students live here. great amenities and management.
