Campus West 150 Henry Street
Its a good location right next to campus. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the Whitman business school and even shorter for other buildings on campus. Overall, I think its a solid option for people who don't have a car and can still easily walk to class.

Good location
The apartment is in good condition and is conveniently located close to the school building.

Convenience > Quality
This complex is not the nicest, and it is definitely not the cheapest. However, being able to get from my apartment to the law school building in 4 minutes is worth the price. Also, the building and the school both do adequate snow removal helping make the commute easier.

Management changed and things have gone downhill since. We no longer get package notifications and I have had many perishable packages go bad simply because I did not know that they were being sent to me, as many times college students do receive care packages unbeknownst to them.

Great location. Every bedroom has a bathroom which is great. Management can be difficult.

Great place to live for law students
You can’t beat the commute of only having to walk across the parking lot to get to school. Especially in bad weather. The maintenance team is quick to respond if I need something. I haven’t had any issues living here and I’ve renewed for my third year.

Small and convenient ... IF you can afford it
My unit felt small and cramped, not bad for a studio size but it sometimes felt like a cell because it would not take four footsteps to get to any part of the room. The kitchennette felt restictive due to its size, but the bathroom was spacious. Not a whole lot of furniture fit in the one room, so it felt like there was no where to relax except the (queen size?) bed. The desk is not comfortable to sit at either. It was convenient to have a dedicated washer and dryer in the unit, but I would overlook this if another building has a communal laundry room. Each unit comes with its own thermostat, so that is nice and comfortable. I also think the walls are thin, noise travels easily and it depends who your neighbors are.
On top of this, it was pricey to live here. Although a short walk from the law school, $1520 a month for a basement unit was not fun. Not a whole lot to say about it. It looks nice from the outside and the amenities, but I think the studio unit is lacking for that price.

Convenient but expensive
It seems like the rent goes up every year but the amenities go down. I like living across from the law school but that’s basically what I’m paying for. Good luck having visitors on a game day or event at the dome because there is no guest parking for CW.

Campus west review
My favorite part about living at campus west is the location. It ‘s right across from the law school, so I was able to save on gas and time in general. I feel safe walking back from the law school. I also like having my own washer and dryer, as well as my own bathroom! I think my least favorite part is the kitchen cabinet space. I live with three other roommates and we had to buy a separate shelf for the rest of our kitchen stuff. The closets in each room are very spacious and everyone gets their own bathroom, so that’s great! However, the internet here has been down twice for days at a time, so that was not very convenient. Additionally, management does not tell you when a package arrives, so you have to be on top of that. The highway is nearby, so it can get a little noisy at night. It is on the pricier side, but I would say that its worth it if you want to live in a safer area that’s close to the law school.
