Pros and Cons
Pros of living at the Den: a shuttle to campus from 7am-6:45pm and they park right next to the law school, there is a gym, and you live right next to a gas station and a Walmart. The rent is fair, not an outrageous payment, you do get your own bathroom only things that are shared are the living space and kitchen. The people are cool as well, they always have some event going on.
Cons of living at the Den: sometimes the shuttle is down and no one is told, there has been an increase number of car break-ins; however, they did increase the security there. The walls do feel a bit thin though

Good Experience
I like it, but not my favorite place I've ever lived. It has good amenities like the bus to school, a gym with a private room and tanning bed, and a free Starbucks machine. The rooms are very basic and different sizes but can come furnished. The maintenance is really nice and helpful, usually fixing problems within the day or next. The walls are thin, and it can be a little loud at night (you'll hear footsteps above you, people playing basketball, and outside shouting) as it is more predominantly undergraduates. There is a bus that drops you off directly in front of the law school, leaving every 15 minutes, making it very convenient. Plus, free parking

Good, primarily undergrads
Rent by room apartments. You can move in with others or have randoms placed in. Good place for your first year. Primarily undergrads, but if you find some people to live with, great place.

Good, primarily undergrads
I have enjoyed my time at the Den. All my roommates are undergrads, but I decided that when I first moved to CoMo lof law school that I didn't want to "hope for the best" with getting a random law roommate that I would see 24/7. I ended up definitely enjoying my apartment and plan to say for my entire law school time. Definitely an option for fellow law students to get an apartment together here for a good rate and fully furnished.
