Spacious and Courteous
The Arts at Bluebonnet Place is a conveniently-located, well-managed complex with up-to-date units and a very kind staff. We have a salt water pool, a dog park, a car washing station, a dumpster within reasonable walking distance of each building, Pokémon Go spots, and friendly neighbors. The living rooms in each unit are exceedingly spacious, and the bedrooms are a good size, too. However, the kitchen is small, and the apartments have very, very little storage. We don't even have a hall closet or a pantry, and the closets in the bedrooms are miniscule. This place has been around since the 1980s, but maintenance has always responded within 24 hours to any problems we've had, and those problems are fixed with professional efficiency. We also have a 24-hour security officer we can call.
