Incremental Improvement
This apartment is old like many others in manhattan, so it is not without typical issues like drafty windows or the occasional leak. The property managers have renovated these apartments and continue to improve them. The appliances, flooring, and paint are all nice and new. There is a ton of storage and built in shelving. I live in the basement apartment and even down there we get ample natural light.
