Not Worth Price
Rent increase at signing - expensive - if it was more affordable the issues listed below would not be as big of a deal
Crowded and nosy neighbors - zero privacy
Lots of police coming for domestic violence
(Apart from that it is safe and nobody has stolen any packages)
Maintenance is not friendly
Apt. Is not bad structurally, but it does not look like the one I toured - However, have not had any major issues like I have heard in other apts.
None of the utilities are included
Extremely thin walls and loud plumbing
Leaning in between bad and average - would not recommend

Good place to live until you move out.
My experience with Cambridge squares was great while I lived there. Built in the 1980s, it's still in good shape. No single bedroom units, but would be fairly cost efficient with a roommate. Shared coin laundry with the building, but great neighborhood near a park and elementary school. Around 3 miles away from campus, but bike friendly streets, and an ATTA bus stop near the complex. My bad rating comes only from my moveout experience. My initial deposit was approximately $1100, but upon moveout, I received a check for $278 and some change. They charged $200 for cleaning (They charge this regardless of if you clean before leaving or not.) $350 for carpet cleaning; however, it is only $200 if you didn't have a pet. They also charged outrageous amounts for "labor." They charged me for 3 work men at 8 hours each to "repair nail holes." They also charged for a handful of miscellaneous things at varying prices. None of which was discussed previously.
