Great place to live
Overall, I have had a great experience living here, relatively quiet and no pest problems that I have noticed. Most of the time maintenance requests are responded to in a timely manner.

great layout and office staff
pros: water, trash, lot parking free of charge. only $25 pet rent. nice layout, bottom floor means paying almost nothing for heat and AC, tons of storage space, good light, low cost deposit, great office staff and maintenance. bathtub, indoor entry from building, some apts have balconies, small swimming pool never busy, 2 min walk from linear trail.
cons: buildings from the 70s so windows rattle/leak rarely/drafty. not much counter space, furnace not super reliable, older appliances, no microwave. mild to major flooding has occurred in some buildings during crazy rainstorms. lots of artillery noise this side of town.

University Gardens
Pretty good so far. Management responds to almost everything you may have issues within the apartment, and the rent is pretty reasonable for a college town.

Cheap, but dated
The apartment is pretty dated and management doesn't appear to be making plans to update it anytime soon. The old single panel windows lead to very expensive heating and cooling bills. There are no amnesties really but its very cheap and lots of space. The location is also excellent with the grocery store and several restaurants just across the street.
