Apartment pros and cons
Pretty cheap apartment comparing with other apartments near downtown. Limited space, no sunshine in the bedroom, outdated facilities, need repairment quite often. But the office is efficient in maintaining facilities if there's any problem. Free parking, which is good, but parking slots are really limited. All carpet floor, which I really hate for difficult to clean.

Great location
The location is great. It is a less than 5 minute walk to the law school, and close to bars and restaurants. I love being able to walk to the bars and not having to worry about ubers. My apartment isn't stellar, some of the appliances could use updating, but it isn't the worst. It is spacious enough for me and my small dog (emotional support).

Affordable and Close to the Law School
I love my place. It isn't the fanciest by any means. But it is close to the school. It is super affordable. They include so much with rent and even have a grad student discount. The rental company is pretty good. They communicate well and are good about maintenance requests.

Good price/location
The building is a less than 10 minute walk to the law school and is walking distance from bars, restaurants, bus stops, and more. You really can't beat the location. Considering everything that is included in the rent, the price is quite cheap in comparison to what other law students pay. The building is old, so we have little maintenance issues crop up quite frequently. Management isn't the most friendly or efficient, but they're relatively easy to contact. Mostly undergrads live in this building, but the residents tend to be quiet and keep to themselves. Not a ton of storage in the units, and no in-unit laundry. Two washers and two dryers are shared by the whole building. The security is pretty basic (i.e., keys required to enter units but not the building, a camera in the parking lot but nothing in or around the building, etc.)

Campus Walk apartment
It's very close to the law school (7 minutes on foot). It's inconvenient to do laundry. Many people share a laundry room outside the building.

Campus Walk
The apartment is the absolute middle of the road. It has enough space for two people to live in comfortably, and is a reasonable price. The location is a huge selling point, just 5 minutes walk to the law school. However, management is not the best and has been slow to respond to less urgent maintenance requests. There is a $25 graduate school discount for the apartments.

Great
Great location close to the law school. My only critique is that maintenance requests are not always taken care of in a timely manner, but overall it’s a great place.

Good enough
I've never had any major issues at this apartment. The kitchen could use some updating, but my appliances are new enough. I have a walk-in closet in my bedroom and there is a parking lot for residents. Overall, for the price and the location I think this apartment is a good fit. It's definitely not luxury by any means, but there are no major issues. The people in the office are nice but they're relatively unhelpful. If you have some kind of problem its almost better to try and deal with it yourself.

Overall, nothing fancy, but that's exactly what I needed. Maintenance requests were always promptly answered and staff was generally helpful. The apartment was clean when we moved in and has functioned well. Again, it's not fancy, but a great budget buy because it's clean and includes all utilities except electric.
