Can't Beat The Location
I love living at MidMain Lofts! They have the nicest office staff, quickest maintenance man and you absolutely cannot beat the location in Midtown. There are a myriad of restaurants, bars and fun shops on the block underneath the apartments.

Coolest Place To Live
Awesome place to live and close to place of livelihood. Walking to nearby restaurants and grocery stores improves health too. Renewed lease without batting an eyelash. Safe space for everyone. Thank you.

Law Student - New to Houston - Best Move I Made.
Great location in Midtown with safety features like a gated parking garage and badging required to enter residential areas. Convenient for the red line Metro rail. Nice gym, small dog park, pool, and BBQ areas. Friendly leasing office staff.

Best Place For Upper Graduates! You Will Meet Friends!
I love living at MidMain. It's definitely on the pricey side but you can't beat the neighborhood! Close to the light rail, walking distance to multiple bars, restaurants, shops, Midtown Park, etc. The "secure" tenant parking area is nice. They do have security patrolling the garage but it's usually only one person at a time. Also, no free guest parking for residents which stinks (you can buy $5 passes at the office though). Excited for another year here!

Good for Pet Owners but Not Cheapest Option
There is an on-site dog park, and lots of residents here have dogs. I really enjoy being able to walk my dog and provide enrichment for her inside the complex in the event I don't want to walk her on the street! The facility is very well-built and maintained. Units are very small - lofts and 1brs are both ~500 square feet, but living alone I don't need anymore room. They are also designed to feel much bigger than they are. $1400 for that amount of space could be steep for some, but the complex and resident parking can only be accessed by residents. It feels very safe here, and even facing the street my apartment is very quiet. Lots of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. Right on the Metro - we have our own stop that goes to campus (drops off on the opposite side from law school though / there isn't a closer drop off point for anyone using pub. transit).

Mid Main Lofts Review
Terrible management; while it is close to downtown, safety is questionable at times; very overpriced due to location
