Quiet place
Deer and squirrels run around the apartment. Most of the residence is family. It is quiet at night.

Quiet Complex, good value for price
Summit Point Apartments isn’t luxurious, however, it’s clean and quiet. The apartments are large, and it’s a straight shot up Henderson Rd to campus. It is a bit outdated with the high pile brown rugs and the dated kitchen, but it is comfortable and suits our needs. The management is responsive and we’ve never had a problem getting something fixed.

Good, but maintenance is questionable.
I've been here 3 years and lived in two different apartments due to a fire. The first one, the AC kept breaking in the summer and having to be fixed. After the 11th time, the maintenance person complained that the lawncare company kept cutting a cable to my ac. I went, found where the cable was, and put a plant pot over it and had no further issues. In my new apartment I've had no maintenace issues. I have had a bike stolen, and put a kryptonite lock on the new one so they just stole a tire instead. The new apartment is further back in the complex and it seems that bike thieves don't come back here. It is dated, and the kitchens are small. The amenities aren't really great - small pool, basketball court, tennis court with no net. There's a walking trail around a pond which is great for dogs, and if you walk out the back of the apartment you're about .5 miles from the South YMCA and Winslow Park. 1.7 miles from the Law School, straight shot, never hit traffic. Bus stop at entrance to complex, takes 15 minutes if you hop off by the parking garage and walk a block instead of waiting for it to circle back.
