Woodbridge is a solid option for families and grad students
Living here hasn't been a perfect experience, but it's been much more good than bad. It's a great location for grad students attending Kelley business school. It's a relatively quiet and safe suburban neighborhood suitable for families, couples and middle aged single adults. There are several major bus lines within a block and lots of walkable shopping districts including Aldi, Target, restaurants, and the mall. Management hasn't offered a seamless experience, but they are better than average. The site offers a pool, laundry, and fitness room. These amenities are OK, not bad, but not extraordinary. Mostly, it's a neighborhood where you probably won't have any major complaints or problems and these days, that a pretty high bar for an apartment community.

Good place for community
The apartment is good, though my patio does not have a guardrail, so I rarely use my patio. Also, my apartment is very dark because I do not receive much natural sunlight. A good portion of the MBA students live in Woodbridge or the nearby area.

Very clean and maintained apartments. The maintenance services are very quick and the leasing office is quick in responding to emails. The people living in the neighborhood are friendly and warm. The accessibility to buses is good. Gym is not good and far away. Rest everything is perfect.

Good For The Price
My experience has been excellent so far. Any necessary repairs have been completed promptly and efficiently. The service feels reliable and secure. However, I would recommend manually managing your monthly payments rather than setting up automatic withdrawals. This approach allows you to review each bill for accuracy before payment, ensuring you catch any potential calculation errors. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service and appreciate the peace of mind it provides.
