Nice New Building
I've lived in this building for 4+ years and have really loved it. It's a beautiful space and the staff is very helpful and kind. There are doormen 24/7. I never knew how much I need floor to ceiling windows until I got them. It's not super close to NYU, but it's easy to get to (~20 mins on the R/W or C/E). The gym is small but has everything we need. You cannot hear a peep from any other apartment. My husband walks to work in Bryant Park and I used to walk to work in Midtown East. We love Hell's Kitchen, mainly for the restaurants.
