The Red
A bit pricey but worth it for the amenities. Access to a dog park/dog daycare. Study spaces and printing available.

Safe, quiet
Management is responsive to maintenance requests and issues. Pet friendly, although we do not have any. Very quiet, there are not any loud neighbors or noise complaints. Area surrounding is safe, and key-fob entry adds another layer of protection. Has a pool and fitness center. It's expensive, but has been worth every penny for the past 1.5 years.

A bit on the expensive side, but you get your money's worth
It is a little out of the way, which helps keep price relatively lower. It is a bit higher of price than many other apartments, but (when it's not covid), there are a ton of amenities that are open to tenants, including a weight room (with dumbbells and machines, no free weights), a cardio room (with treadmills, ellipticals, etc.), a decent sized pool, outdoor gathering spaces, fire pits on timers, grills, a demo kitchen, a conference room, and a gathering space (with board game tables). Most are usually fairly available too. Also in non-covid times, the complex will host small gatherings with some treats, like for Halloween. It has a balcony. I live on the top floor so I do not know how noise travels below, but the walls are pretty good at blocking sound from neighbors. It's close to the highway so it is easy to quickly get to other places and there's a bus stop or 2 on the main street. It is lacking in storage space, but the rooms themselves are pretty spacious. Maintenance is pretty responsive if we have an issue. My biggest complaint is I miss being able to walk to basically everywhere I needed to go and now I have to drive, but that's not really an issue.
