Horrible Experience After Onsite Management Changed

For the first year and a half we lived here, we had a great experience (maintenance issues were quickly fixed, etc.). Then, they fired the previous on-site management and the new management is awful. Our dryer was broken for 6 weeks and it took repeated emailing to get the issue fixed. We had a door fall off the hinges and it again, took repeated emailing to get the issue fixed. Then we noticed a wasp nest on our building, and AGAIN it took repeated emailing and contact with the office to get it fixed, but not before our dog got stung by the wasp, went into anaphylactic shock, and had to be taken to an emergency vet. Management refused to compensate us in any way for this.

Communication with and from management is poor and not clear.

Apartment has no A/C, even though it was advertised as such online.

Old apartments, but good management

The apartments themselves are very old, so they're kind of falling apart. However, management is super responsive and friendly. They send out maintenance as often as needed, and it's always very fast. The biggest issue I have is that there is no A/C, and the apartment gets very hot in the summer. However, the heating works well & keeps the apartment warm during the winter.
