The Ryan Review

The apartment units are spacious and very modern. The building has top notch amenities and services. The management team is very friendly and responsive. The location is great, it is right across from the Footprint Centre so there are restaurants and bars everywhere. The views are amazing as well. Very safe, they have security present 24/7. The dog park is awesome for pet owners.

However, downtown does get a little noisy at night on the weekends.
