Best Option Near School
The apartments are very nice, and affordable if you have a roommate. 1 bedroom prices in Phoenix are sky rocketing, but getting a roommate or 2 helps. SO MANY law students live here. Very conveniently close to school but also for maintaining a social life. It's where a lot of your future friends may live and its close to all the night life on Roosevelt.

Roosevelt Row review
The apartment complex is very nice. There are great amenities including pool, hot tub, gym, common areas, a pool house with games and free coffee, and more. The only downside is horrible elevators and thin walls. But thin walls are typical of most apartments downtown in this price range. Only 15 minute walk from campus.

Great Amenities and Close to School
I've loved living at Roosevelt Row so far. The amenities are fantastic, including the gym, pool, clubhouse, etc. The proximity to school is also a big plus. I've had a great experience with the leasing office and have had no issues with them at all. While probably on the high end in terms of price, the convenience of the gym has saved me time by being so close. I think the quality of the building is also worth it. My biggest gripe is that the nearest grocery store (Safeway) is farther than I'd like. Having said that, everything you need is walkable and I've been content with not having a car.

Roosevelt Row Review
Solid apartment complex about a mile away from the law school

Expensive, but have lived here for three years
Actual apartments and amenities are great. Prices are a bit higher than the rest of Roosevelt area, but have found myself liking the actual units and amenities better at my complex. Property management is the worst (but aren't they all?). Maintenance workers are incredible and always super helpful and will fix things even if they weren't on the work order. Lack of security officers (they claim they have it, never seen it), but generally don't feel unsafe.

Review
Love it!!! Pricey but worth it- amazing pool, rooftop hangout area, big gym nobody really uses, a good amount of ASU Law kids live here, everyone is super friendly and the management is really helpful, apartment is super new. Downsides- lots of dogs barking, if you face toward the pool it can be noisy, elevators are super slow, the building doesnt lock at night even though people complain about this so I have seen people who do not live here get inside. Also Roosevelt Row is the best street to eat and drink. During non COVID the apartment has super fun activities twice a month (wine and paint, pottery making, etc)

Roosevelt Row
Great apartments that are stylish and up-to-date. I've never felt like the hallways, elevators, or common areas are dirty. Maintenance and management are responsive. Nice pool area, and the gym is nice and large.

Better than Roosevelt Point
It’s expensive but the pool is nice (when it’s open) and the building has good gym amenities and activities
