Great!

Great location (close to campus)
Great floormates (majority of the people residing there are students)
Clean complex
Safe building (doors lock after 8pm)

I dislike the slow response from management.
I disliked the AC is controlled by management, so it can get cold or hot without you changing it.
They increased the rent even when they did not add anything new.

Not a fan.

Reserved a room in late January/late February, did everything short of signing a lease. COVID hit, and by the time I was ready to sign in late May they gave away my room and only had this one left. Had no clue it was unfurnished until I got here- which was a bit scary because move in date was orientation. They told me I couldn’t come in earlier because they were cleaning the rooms- but my roommate was here all summer from last year. Anyways the elevators work on and off; they are nice but scanning your key and sprinting to hit a button isn’t fun. Also there are a lot of undergrads here, so it’s a quasi dorm. The biggest draw is that it’s ten minutes to class walking, and other L1-L3 are here too.

Evans Churchill Reviews

The proximity to school is very convenient and there are plenty of bars/restaurants in walking distance. The density of students who live here is also really nice because you'll always have peers to socialize with nearby.
I really like this neighborhood. It's located in a nice, central location that is close to a lot of restaurants/bars and in great walking distance from the law school. The light rail is also only a couple of blocks away. The one down side is that there's a decent amount of ongoing construction, so that creates noise from time to time. And nearby bars also can get a bit noisy on weekends, but it's not too bad if you keep your windows closed.
Everything is very easy and convenient to get too. A lot of construction
Right next to lots of apartments with other students. Lots of good bars and restaurants around. Close to the school.
Nice area, feel safe walking around the majority of the time.
Fun, lots of new places, breweries, restaurants, bars, etc. Very young. First Fridays are the worst if you live in this area, because you can't get to your apartment with road closures.
A more active night life would be cool, but there are nice restaurants and bars in close walking distance.
Super close to school and grocery stores!
