Great Value Location Conveniently Close to Campus and Regional Rail Station for Transit Into the City

The apartment building itself is old, they have been renovating individual units. I recently moved into a renovated studio and have been very pleased with the unit and the appliances that they've provided for me. There is a laundry room in the basement that I had to use last year, but in my renovated apartment there is now a washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher, and it has been very convenient. It's only about a 5 minute walk to campus door-to-door, and there is free street parking with which I have not had any issues. The gym is very small and it's likely that anyone interested would prefer to use a gym elsewhere, but the campus gym is free to use and very close by. The rent includes essentially all utilities, except for electricity, internet, and cable, which I pay for separately, except for the cable, which I don't consider necessary. The studio apartment seems to be fairly large for a "studio," and multiple friends who have visited have agreed.
