Worse experiences ever since living in apartment in my entire life if you have to end up to live in apt204.

The room upper stomping and marching all day all night. You will never find any peace at all if they are home. They even vacuums the floor at midnight, if you tap the ceilings to let them know that they are making loud noise, they will just say, "OH MY GOD!", then continue to keep vacuuming and stomps more louder.

They also let the dogs run around and barks with no control, turn on water bath (for dogs I guess?) at least 4-6 times a day with water sound so loud.

We informed, ask for mindful steps from them, they at first blame their dogs then said no one ever complain (...WE DO!) no matter we complains to the building manager, nothing can do and they won't let us change the room even just move in not even a month (at that time).

They will just stomps whenever their feet touch the floor. Its not about to put on slippers or not, its the heavy steps on. We always panic up from their stomps seriously. They sometimes still marching around till 4AM! My son 4years old, my husband, both normally deep sleep people, they still panic up when ever their stomps around, can you imagine how heavy of their steps?

All we can do now just have to wait till finish the contract. During these we have to starts recording their stomps as its really not normal at all.
Not sure they don't know either what the manner is or just too selfish to remember that they are living in the apartment 3rd floor not the single house!!!

For the building itself, generally good but just about hygienic and allergic as many times a lot of dog hair on mine and my family clothes after use the washing/drying machine here which is not good if you have young kid like me.
