good location / management, secured complex, no parking spot (for studios)

- lots of grocery stores and casual restaurants nearby
- responsive on-site manager
my studio apt:
- big walk-in closet space
- another closet by front door
- lots of built-in shelf spaces and drawers
- big kitchen for a studio
- small balcony
- no direct sunlight so relatively cool apartment (super cold during winter, but did not really need AC during the summer)
- noise from next door construction (but I am a deep sleeper, and they end around 3pm)
