Great Deal
Lots of space, 2 car garage, walkable to campus, recurrent plumbing issues but fixed relatively quickly by management

Nice place, not a lot of complaints
Most things here are great, nice location, reasonable pricing, two-car garage attached to each condo. Large master bedroom but the guest bedroom is woefully small.

Good Long Term Place
This is my 3rd year here. The landlord screens for people who intend to stay there multiple years. He is a remote landlord, living in Knoxville, but is responsive to all issues and has contractors ready to fix things quickly. The neighborhood is good, I know a few people in the area. I have had my car broken into one time. The apartment is very spacious and there is more than enough room for me and my two roommates. 18 minute walk to VUMC. 5 minute walk to Love Circle.

Lots of space, Homey
Have had a really good experience at this place. Was possibly ameteurly-renovated, so some hiccups with that but it has been a nice place to be.
