B&F flats
B&F is a great apartment if you have a partner you live with and want to live within a 10 minute drive if SMU. It’s also very pet friendly (I’d say at least half it not more residents have a dog). It’s a 5 minute walk from a lot of the bars/restaurants in the Knox Henderson area, and about a 10 min drive from downtown/deep Ellum
