Not worth the price tag
I've lived here for over two years and the property is nice, the staff is friendly and helpful, but things are constantly breaking down and the property takes awhile to fix things (e.g. the garage entrance door, gym equipment, pool, elevator, etc). Another major complaint would be that delivery services have a difficult time accessing the property after regular business hours, so they can't deliver straight to your door--instead, they have to leave it in the general mail room or reschedule the delivery for another time.

Too expensive
I actually really like my apartment, but it’s difficult to justify paying over 2000 for a one bedroom apartment, even if it’s located in west 7th.

not worth the price
I like the close proximity it is to school but it is really expensive for the value. There are a lot of restaurants and things to do in the west 7th area, but it is also loud on weekends because of the bars in the area. We were lucky to choose an apartment facing away from the bar scene but there are many units that face the bars. The walls are also very thin, you can hear everything through the walls. I can hear my neighbors walking every day and can hear my neighbor watching TV through my bedroom wall. Our move in experience was really stressful. We had our laundry room flood three different times because of a broken pipe, they had to open the wall in several different places to find the broken pipe, and replace our flooring in the laundry room and kitchen. Management wasn't responsive. Wouldn't recommend this apartment complex.

Great apartment complex
I have lived at Elan Crockett Row for a year and a half and I love it! Management is great and the amenities are fantastic. It was just built in 2018 so it is still quite new. The complex is very modern and includes granite countertops and hardwood floors. Also, it is pet friendly!
