DO NOT RENT FROM DUDLEY PROPERTIES EVER!!!!!!
The landlords are trying to scheme and nickle and dime at every opportunity. I would never ever ever rent from Dudley Properties. As far as I'm aware, they own 2660 Mayfield Rd. and 2646 Mayfield Rd. They do not keep up this repairs. My door literally once fell off of the apartment entrance frame and another time the outer wall would stream water onto the floor every time it rained or snowed. Another time the heat was completely off during 0 Fahrenheit weather. This is not even an exhaustive list. They are horrible landlords and generally bad people seriously DO NOT rent from them they have been sued multiple times by CWRU students and yet students and residents continue to stay at their properties because they are not aware how bad it is.

Dudley Properties
Apartment is very spacious and has quarter laundry in the basement. The location is convenient as it is right across from the RTA stop. However, the management is terrible. When I moved in, the apartment was not clean. Once winter started, the apartment itself became unbearably cold. When I requested an evaluation of the heat, the landlord was extremely rude and refused to fix anything. Other maintenance issues have been brushed off. Most of the landlord's communication with me has been aggressive and rude.
