Good management, nice neighborhood w/good proximity to CCF
Good price for the size and location, only complaint is that parking is limited so most residents (myself included) do street parking.

Large apt for a good price!
Pros:
- Very spacious at a reasonable price
- Hardwood floors w/crown molding
- Dog friendly
- Management is very responsive and quick to fix maintenance requests
- Generally very quiet
- 5 min walk to coventry restaurants and bars
- About 15 minute walk to the Case medical campus
Cons
- The building is heated by a radiator/boiler system that is controlled by the management. When the heat is on it is generally very warm, but when its not it can be cold.
