Perfect Mix of Everything

The apartment is pretty big, reasonably priced, has garage parking, allows pets, and is in a wonderful location within walking distance of both Coventry and Little Italy. The only downside is that the building is a bit old but maintenance is responsive to any requests.

Does the job

You are definitely getting what you pay for but that isn’t necessarily the worst thing. I have so much space and the location really couldn’t be any better. My landlord is also very responsive which is good because I’ve definitely had some issues. Most the issues stem from the place being old (e.g. leaking ceiling, broken light switches, broken outlets, old stove [which they replaced]).

Good apartment and a solid location. Landlords are a little slow on maintenance and responding to requests, but they do take care of everything when asked. Covered parking available for 45/mo right on the property. Nice natural lighting and big windows!

Good place to live

Very nice place, no control over heating but it was never cold, no AC in unit - gotta get a window unit.Annoying to have a pet there, because my unit is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator, so I have to go down 4 flights every time I let my dog out. Parking is sometimes an issue and expensive . Guests can't park overnight.
