Small but clean
A lot of places in Little Italy can be a bit dirty, but apartment #4 (and maybe some of the others) are more recently renovated and very clean. The only downside is how small the place is however for two people there are two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and one bathroom so it's not terrible.
