Urban Restoration Project - Little Italy
Responsive building management, amenable to cats and small dogs, close walk to campus / Little Italy / RTA stop, parking lot space included with rent. Old building, but new carpets and appliances. Temperature is not a problem with window AC units in summer and plastic window coverings in winter. Lots of space in the apartment. Spacious outside deck. Laundry included in water/sewage bill and is in basement (shared with other two apartments in building). Hallway leading to door is only accessible by other building tenants (secure).
