Great location, slightly pricey, bit old.
Location is great, close to the law school, close to main roads (S State & Packard).
Slightly pricey at +$1000.
Building is slightly old – furnished furniture is slightly old and could be better. Heater started going out during early fall, but maintenance was extremely prompt and responsive, and heat is now back.
Big glass windows.

The location of this place is great and rent seems affordable. If you're renting a newer or renovated unit through them you might be OK, but I wouldn't recommend renting through them if you're looking at something cheaper/older.

Old but great value!
This apartment building is full of only one-bedroom apartments, and the high security department is meant to deter partying undergrads, so it's generally pretty quiet. The units are definitely a little older, but maintenance has always been quick, helpful, and understanding to any issues I may have. This place also comes with parking that's no extra charge (super rare for the area!) It's also only a 4 minute walk to the law school. It is a little bit of a farther walk from downtown (15-20 minutes) which has kept me inside a little more during the winter. I wish it was a little bigger/more modern, but for what I'm paying, it's a great deal.
