Cute 1 bedroom
I live in a very cute one bedroom on Packard. Quick access to the law school and it's sunny. Cabrio is one of the better landlord/property managers in the area (which isn't saying much).

Good studio
Overall great location and place for living solo, property is in an old building so renovation on floors is greatly needed. Sometimes management is unresponsive with regard to certain repairs.
