42 Magnolia in Forest Acres on Forest Drive
This apartment has really been great. There is plenty of parking, has a pool and gym, and I feel safe here as a woman who lives with another woman. It is pet friendly and has great pet amenities (waste bins and areas to walk your dog). I've never had any problems with this place. However, all utilities are separate. The distance from 42 Magnolia to the law school is 12-20 minutes totally depending on traffic and time of day you are driving to school. For an 8:00 am class though, leaving 25 minutes before class is plenty of time to park and get into the classroom with time to settle in.

42 Magnolia Review
Fantastic customer service, quiet apartment complex, not many students (mostly families or middle-to-late-aged couples). Beautiful landscaping, clubhouse is gorgeous and is always decorated for the holidays and has free coffee, TV, drinks, etc. I've lived in Columbia for 5 years and this is by far the best place I've stayed - worth the semi-high rent if you want to live alone, obviously rent will decrease with roommates. After paying additionally for energy, water, and internet, my total rent is usually around $1,250/month. Gym is nice and has all the basics, pool is calm and has lights for nighttime, tennis court is one of my favorite amenities. We share amenities with 5000 Forest, so sometimes they can get crowded but generally they're very usable.
