Nice Property With Some Slight Annoyances
Overall, living at Creekside at Greenlawn is a good experience. The property was constructed in 2016. It has good amenities, key fobs to get into your building, and a call box for buzzing in delivery drivers and guests. Parking is free, though some buildings have less parking than others. There are security cameras installed throughout the parking lot. There are two convenient entrances both provide convenient access to campus via Garners Ferry Road or Atlas Road.
I would only take points away for the occasional lack of communication from the management team and the high number of unit entries. It is difficult to get in touch with the leasing office at times. Additionally, they have to enter the apartment often more than twice a month for various renovation projects. While I appreciate these, you never know for sure when they are coming and it can be an annoyance if you plan to study or work from home.
You also have to coordinate your own deliveries. There is no predictability as to whether the courier will be able to use the call box or obtain a key fob from the office.

Creekside Review
It's been a great experience living at Creekside. It's close to campus, safe, and has lots of modern amenities. Only con is that there is a major price difference between a 2 bed and a 3 bed, so if you are looker for something less expensive, 3 bed is the way to go. These units go very quickly though!

Very quiet apartments
The complex is very quiet, and you can’t really hear any of your neighbors from your apartment. It’s great if you’re trying to focus and study

Great price if you have roommates
The apartment itself is perfect size for three students. Great price for how close it is to school. The management is pretty rough, and the staff has been quite rude to us when we need help, but it is not so bad that I will be moving. The location and price makes it worth a little trouble with the office sometimes.

Great location, price, maintenance
The location is great and the price is good, especially when split between 3 people (I pay 600 a month plus electricity). The maintenance is always very quick to respond and fix anything; we had a leaky faucet and they replaced it the same day. Management puts on events at least once a month where they give out either pizza and beverages, snacks, or breakfast on the go. The pool is very nice and has a shallow area to lay out. The gym is a little small, but very easily accessible for a quick workout. The pantry and the closets are very spacious. They are pet-friendly. The call boxes on the outside of the buildings conveniently allow you to buzz in guests through your cell phone.

Great looking apartment, with few downsides
Creekside is a nice apartment complex in the area, but can be pricey for a single. It is more affordable with roommates, and you are awarded granite counter tops, a pool, and trash service from you door. It is has a nice gym and the staff is friendly. It feels modern, clean, and sleek with granite and possibly stainless steel appliances (or at least look it). However, I believe Huntington Place is more spacious, just with less up-to-date appliances. My biggest gripe with Creekside is that the wifi is included in rent, which makes it very hard to upgrade. The wifi is stuck at 25 Mbps, which I feel is too slow for three people.
