The Adelade is great, but pricy
Overall this is a great place to live. Quiet, safe, and with great neighbors, this place has a lot going for it. No in-unit washer/dryer kinda sucks cause I now spend $6 a week on two people's laundry, but other than that I chave zero complaints. I'm learning to love it a lot here!

Good enough
The apartment isn't the TENN on the strip. But it is a pretty nice apartment on the inside at least. I really appreciate that you are a short walk away from the bars like Southside and places to eat like SouthCoast Pizza. About a 20 minute walk to the Henley leading to a lot of shops downtown. I also enjoy the fact that I live close to the police officer on site which makes everyone feel safe. I am a less than 10 minute drive to school. I do wish it was more student's living here but it's not a bad place to live. I wouldn't suggest anyone living on any floor but the top because upstairs neighbors can be quite loud. Not a lot of closet space at all.
