Palmer

10 minute drive from campus. Old buildings, so things often break. The handyman is really great and on top of it, though. It’s quiet. The office writes passive aggressive messages when one person does something wrong. If you follow the rules, they shouldn’t bother you. It’s a little pricey considering the distance from campus/downtown, but that probably contributes to the quietness.
