It's pretty nice.

Good location, not too far from campus. But feels a little secluded. Lots of families, as well as grad students living in the complex. Allows pets. Has balconies. Has a pool. Management can be difficult to work with when it comes to maintenance requests. Only allow for 1 year max rental and will raise rent every year. The complex has cameras throughout and is well lit.
