Post-Lockdown Apartment

I don't come to campus very much when I stack my classes on certain days, I was hesitant to get this apartment although it is nice as well as cheap. I live in the OC area and could commute if I wanted. Because it's in a high-rise with a fob key needed to get to any of the floors or parking, it's very secure.

Recurring water issues may be due to structural defect of unfiltered connection to LA river
