Campus Court Review
It’s a good place, if you make your apartment homely. However, the mgt make a lot of promises that take forever to be fulfilled. There was promise of a pool yet all we have is a hole with blue tiles and green algae. The promised gym was supposed to be a huge space, however it is no bigger than a cubicle. The road has major potholes and there’s been a promise of repairs for the last 2 months.

Review
It's a fully equipped apartment. Furniture is in quite good condition. The complex is very close to Martin market and some other restaurant, suitable for people without a car to shop.

Very good - Campus court
Overall, it has been a good experience. However, sometimes I have pest problems and have to report to get it fixed.
Occasionally, my neighbor plays loud music.
Does not happen often, but sometimes maintenance is slow to respond to your request

Not sure what this means
It's done its job for me. Wifi was an issue at the beginning of the school year but it is now fixed.
Utilities have been significantly increasing for my two other roommates and myself. Now that it is winter time we just paid about $150 in utilities/electricity

Campus Court Review
I've lived at Campus Court for two years now and it's generally a great complex. It's within walking distance to campus and mostly students live here. The rent is a little expensive but the apartment is furnished, newly renovated, and my 1b/1b is quite large (especially compared to friends' apartments in other complexes). Pets are allowed for $25 extra/month and I've had no problems having my pet here. It feels safe here and I've never had any problems. Management has generally been very responsive to issues I've had. However, unlike some other complexes around campus, this isn't exclusively for grad students so the undergrads can be a little loud, especially on weekends and game days.

Great
Positives:
1. The apartment is a walking distance to campus.
2. Facilities are clean and functioning properly.
3. Property Managers are responsive to needs and challenges are resolved within the shortest possible time.
4. The environment is properly maintained.
5. There are nearby grocery stores and restaurants.
Negatives:
1. Room mates assigned to you may not be organized and neat. It will be prudent to get your own room mates.
2. The swimming pool is not functioning.
3. Electricity bills are usually high during the winter.

The property is old. Customer care and maintenance have no issues.
When I moved in, the apartment was dirty even though the marketing said it was recently refurbished. I complained about it but nothing could be done. The apartment is really expensive to heat and I had to spend money insulating the apartment to cut down my bills. They don't walk through at the time of move out and I wondered why. Anyway, they first send me a no charge bill which was I correct because I knew I'd be charged for cleaning and a window replacement. When the final charge was complete, they didn't send it to me, the just put it on a portal that I shouldn't have access to anymore. They included a mattress and rug replacement for both rooms. Ridiculous asking me to replace property that wasn't new to begin with and probably only needs an intense wash. Anyway, I have disputed the charge and am awaiting their response. I won't help a company replace their property, that's not what my deposit is for. Contrary to reviews online, maintenance and customer care were really good during my stay here.

Unfurnished at Campus Court
I think Campus Court is a great option when on a budget. The two bedroom apartments have more social space than most other complexes in the area. I have an unfurnished apartment, now fully furnished through which I was able to save a considerable amount of money for the two years.
My unit specifically is a bit dark, which I am not a fan of but I make due. The electricity bill in the winter can be surprisingly high (~$300) so plan accordingly or make sure you turn off you heating when out.
I recommend the location (5 minute walk to Martin's and 20 minute walk to Mendoza).
This is a great deal for the price.

Leasing Office Problems
The management did not clean the apartment before moving in. I then found explicit used sanitary items in the apartment. I had to call up to the corporate office for them to handle any issue (2 months from first complaint).
